• Self-referrals are not allowed. Any attempt to game or abuse the program may result in permanent removal from the affiliate program.
• We reserve the right to reject or reverse commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Referrals and commissions are only credited when they are automatically tracked and reported by our system. We cannot manually add credit for untracked signups.
• Paid advertising is allowed, but you may not run ads that compete directly with us. This includes bidding on our brand name, branded keywords, or creating ads that could appear to represent or impersonate GrowSurf.
• You may not use the affiliate program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate the affiliate program or its terms at any time.
